Please note:
- Single and multiple tanning sessions can be used any time up to one year from the date of the first visit.
- Two weeks unlimited 1, 2 and 3 month unlimited packages must be paid in full at time of first visit and are valid for 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months from the date of the first visit.
- Only one person’s name maybe use pertaining package.
- A tanning package may not be split in two separate packages. They are discounted as a group and are not to be sold as separate entities.
MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards are accepted.
